Just a few comments on our recent experience of selling our house in Gracehill.
We would like to say how grateful we were for the professional and pleasant manner in which you and your team (Paula, Deborah and Lynn) handled this very stressful time for us. At the original valuation I decided to go with another agent but Irene was very keen to go with you. We had a sale fall through and as we did not feel that we were kept adequately informed we decided to change agents to yourselves. We immediately found that the whole tone of the relationship changed. It felt very personal but very professional and we were kept fully informed of any developments and feedback without having to chase this (unlike our previous experience). The photographs and presentation of our property showed it in its best light.
We had an almost immediate response and this turned out to be the eventual buyer of our property. At this stage we were exceptionally impressed with the way in which you and your team followed up with the buyer, his solicitor and our solicitor the ensure what was the smoothest of outcomes.
