Rachel was professional, efficient and really knows exactly how to market a property. The photographer she had come out took stunning photos and the brochure was lovely. There were several bumps along the way (no fault of UPS’s) and the response from UPS was amazing. Louise was there with us the whole way. She was responsive and went above and beyond to get us to the right outcome. I hope to never move again any time soon but if I do, I know exactly where to go. What a wonderful team
