Buying and selling property in the run up to Christmas was extremely stressful however well worth it thanks to the team at UPS! I had my apartment on the market with another agent in the Glengormley area for several months with very limited interest from potential buyers and as a result this decreased my confidence in the housing market and I stopped looking for new properties. I thought I would never move it seemed so difficult to find a buyer. My aunt had recommended that I try UPS and when I did I never looked back! Little did I know when I got UPS on board I would sell, buy and complete the whole transaction in 4 months!!!The photographs produced by Keith for the advertising/marketing where outstanding and the dedicated team at UPS had sold the property in just 2 weeks and for the FULL asking price which meant I was able to start placing subject to sale offers on properties I liked. The service provided during the transaction of both my sale and purchase by UPS was simply second to none, I am on first name terms with everyone at the office and spoke to each of them on multiple occasions with continuous updates provided putting me at ease consistently throughout the process. The team are friendly, approachable, down to earth and extremely helpful and possess a ‘can do attitude’ towards anything that comes their way – nothing is ever too much trouble and if they say they will have something done you can guarantee it will be done. Communication for updates and news was never an issue even during working hours they communicated with me via e mail, work phone and on occasion via their own mobile it could have been 8am or 6pm if they needed to contact me and couldn’t get me they would make it their business to get in contact one way or another. I cannot recommend UPS enough if you are thinking of buying, selling, renting or seeking independent mortgage advice – you will not be disappointed!!

They exceeded our expectations in all respects. 

The property was presented positively, in initial discussion, in photos, in print and throughout the sale. 

The predicted pricing range was accurate and the UPS were adept at liaising between the prospective buyers and the seller at each stage.  

UPS were quick 'off the mark' and maintained the momentum through 'Sale Agreed' and on to 'completion'.

UPS had the keys to the property and were excellent as 'agents'.  Although some 'up and downs' are to be expected in the sale or purchase of a property, UPS ensured a comparatively 'hassle-free' procedure for us.

I called 4 estate agents and UPS was my first appointment for a valuation. Keith was efficient, friendly, enthusiastic and professional. All the other estate agents did not impress me.

Once the property was sold, Lynzi was also on par with Keith. I had quite a few questions over the sell and Lynzi would respond quick and reply the same day. Always helpful and did her best to arrange whatever I needed to sort out.

I was very impressed by the professional, yet friendly way the sale was dealt with, from valuation to completion.

My first meeting was with the person who came to value the property. His valuation was lower than I wanted to hear, but it turned out to be exactly the amount agreed.

Deciding to put your property on the market these days is a monstrous decision, you want to get the best Team to represent you and get the property sold, which in this economic climate is a mammoth task.

I shopped around quiet a few Estate Agents, for a few reasons, cost, professionalism, communication skills, friendliness, all these things I took into consideration before making my decision, I put myself in my purchasers shoes, who would make me want to buy the property, who would I feel confidentant in and believe that I was getting the best house for the best price etc.

Without question it was the UPS team at Ballyhackamore, on my first meeting with Peter and Iain I just knew they where the team to sell my property, I felt so comfortable within the office, they where professional, great communicators, they put my mind at ease regarding the economic climate, they where determined, trustworthy and I knew my property would be sold and they would stop at nothing to get the job done.

The communication was first class, they contacted me everyday to give me updates, to ensure me that things where going in the right direction, and to be honest I never doubted it once. My property was sold within months, a great achievement over the winter months in Northern Ireland, but they did it, they fulfilled what they promised to do without question and within a small amount of time.

I was given all the normal sales platter along with unrealistic valuations, but what really annoyed me was the fact that they couldn't even be bothered to follow up with either a telephone call or letter to find out what decision I had come to. As a former sales person, I believe that communication should be a priority. I also believe that 'people buy people' and that it doesn't matter how good a company is or how good their product/service may be, if you do not like/trust the person you are dealing with then you will not use that company. From the moment we met you my husband and I both agreed that you would be the agent to sell my parent's house.

You followed up with a telephone call as promised; and kept me informed every step of the way - ringing me every couple of weeks again as promised (and more frequently when needed). When I went off on holiday for two weeks as we were approaching the final stages, you kept in close contact with both parties' solicitors so that when I returned home from holiday we were ready to exchange in a few weeks.
