When we decided to sell our house, UPS Glengormley were our first choice because they have the best footprint in the area. We agreed on a simple fixed fee and Keith came out to take photos and value the property. He quickly had the house on the website and we had our first viewer that evening! Keith contacted people he knew were interested in properties in the area and a steady stream of viewers followed. We had offers immediately and had sold within the week.
