When my mother passed away last year probably my most daunting task was selling the extremely dated and cluttered family home. This was augmented by the fact I don’t even live in the country. From the outset, Keith was amazing. There was absolutely no pressure, but I felt that he was completely on my side and would move at a pace with which I was comfortable, especially given the emotional aspects of the sale. Once the sale was agreed (which was thoroughly painless and straightforward) Keith kept an eye on the house for me, spontaneously kept me updated on how the sale was going and even arranged for it to be cleared of all the clutter my parents had accumulated after 50 years of living there.
